Indoor Air Quality is particularly important to those who suffer from Asthma and/or Allergies. In the past, several manufacturers produced portable Ozone generators and marketed those products to individuals with respiratory issues such as Asthma and/or Allergies. In many cases, these portable units actually made the symptoms worse.

There are Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards concerning the allowable parts per million (ppm) of Ozone (O3) that a person can safely be exposed to over an extended period of time. Our treatment process complies with these standards by only treating indoor environments that are not occupied during the process.

Colorado Ozone Solutions, LLC supports the American Lung Association, American Medical Association, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards concerning the use of indoor portable ozone generators. We do not recommend the use of ozone generators in occupied spaces with people, plants, or pets present.

We use industrial strength, patent pending Ozone generators, operated by Factory Certified Ozone Technicians, to destroy indoor pollutants such as Mold, Bacteria, Odors, Viruses, Allergens, Insects, Pests, and other irritants that may trigger Asthma and/or Allergy symptoms.

People, pets, and plants are not present during our treatment process.

Ozone (O3) is actually the most environmentally friendly and second most powerful oxidant known to man, yet its byproducts are harmless, no chemical residue is left behind, only oxygen (O2).

Our commercial generators produce higher concentrations of Ozone (in excess of 400ppm) that will attack and destroy these indoor pollutants and thereby eliminate a potential trigger for your symptoms. Independent research laboratories, as well as University studies confirm that our generators are 99.9% effective at eradicating these indoor pollutants. The efficacy rates achieved in these studies and hence the beneficial sterilizing power of our process is possible because of the higher concentrations/ppm of Ozone being produced and the higher cubic feet per minute of airflow, both of which are unique to our patent pending generators. At lower levels, such as those recommended by the EPA, similar studies have shown little or no effectiveness. Colorado Ozone Solutions will be producing disinfecting Ozone in excess of 400ppm, that is why No people, pets, or plants are present during our treatment process.

When our treatment process is completed and the generators have shut off, the indoor air will quickly revert back to oxygen O2. At this point you can safely return to your home/premises having never been exposed to Ozone levels that are beyond the EPA recommended limits or the recommendations of the American Lung Association. The indoor environment will have been purified, and you can start breathing easier.
